Why A Buyer's Agent?
Customer
service has always been the platform of our business. Greg and I made a decision
to start to turn our focus to listing homes which meant that we could provide
our clients with first hand knowledge of properties that are coming on the
market.
In order to ensure that our buyers were getting the same level of
service we added two buyer's agents to our team which provide the following
service to you:
- Vast working knowledge of the real estate market including pricing trends, neighborhood conditions and amenities, real estate law, zoning issues and financing.
- Dedicated time to determine the area and the home you want to live in. Their focus is strictly on the buyer's side of the business. This means you have their undivided loyalty and attention.
- First hand & immediate knowledge of our upcoming listings.
Janet Keller is a full time buyer's agent. Janet has worked with the Butlers for over 7 years and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative. She lives in Redmond and is enjoying her daughter, Jamie, who is home from college starting a new career in Public Relations.
Randi Halela and Cindy Roth have joined the Butler Team as Exclusive Buyer
s Agents and will be representing the Eastside buyer community. They bring a wealth of experience in real estate to the Butler Team.
They're back and we are fortunate to have them join our team, said Sunny. They will give our listings a definite advantage in the marketplace. They join our buyers agent of 7 years, Janet Keller, ensuring maximum exposure to our Woodinville listings as they focus on drawing the Eastside buyer to our wonderful Woodinville Community.
You may know Randi Halela as the VP and Manager of First Mutual Bank in Woodinville or her extensive involvement with the Woodinville Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Secretary/Executive Board Member since 2004. She worked with John L Scott of Kirkland for 6 years before moving to Woodinville. An Eastside native, attending Bellevue High School and the University of Washington, Randi moved to Woodinville in 1995 with her husband and 3 daughters.
Cindy Roth has been a formidable force in the real estate community for many years. You may have met Cindy around town either coaching your kids soccer team or in her Woodinville children's store, Kids Cottage. More recently she appeared in several episodes of HGTV's My House is Worth What? She is an accomplished Real Estate professional with over a decade of experience in real estate. Cindy's forte is turning what could be a stressful home buying experience into a fun and happy one.
