Greg is a 28 year veteran in real estate. He is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach in Economics and completed all coursework toward a Masters Degree in Public Administration. He launched his career in the pharmaceutical industry where he earned the distinct honor of Salesperson of the Year for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He transitioned into real estate, attaining his Broker's license and has owned his own real estate office in Eastern Washington. After moving to Western Washington, he helped start up the Windermere Bellevue Office as the managing broker. He is well respected among his peers and has earned the distinction of agent of the year for Windermere on 3 occasions. He is a "pro" in contract negotiations and successfully closing transactions. His expertise as a broker, long time veteran in real estate contracts and law, and broad knowledge of each step in the real estate process produce maximum stress-free results for his clients!

Sunny has been a sales and marketing executive for the past 26 years. She is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach and holds a Masters Degree in Science. She was the Director of Graduate and Undergraduate Programs in Health Administration at Whitworth College. After 8 years of College teaching, she became the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Blue Cross of Washington and Alaska. Within two years she was responsible for more than doubling sales production and was recruited away by Group Health as their Vice President of Marketing. Greg finally recruited her away from the corporate world to join him in real estate . . . and they said it couldn't be done! Sunny brings to the table a strong background in sales and marketing. Butler and Butler's marketing plan is among the most aggressive and extensive locally and nationally. Their clients are assured that their homes will be marketed consistently in every facet available, assuring them of maximum results!
More About Sunny and Greg
Sunny and Greg have been married for 33 years. They have two children. Bret, 26, graduated from Woodinville High School in 2000; and the University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in communications. He played on the Trojan Baseball team as a pitcher and won the honor of "All Star" in the prestigious Cape Cod League for premier college baseball players. Bret married his college sweetheart in May of 2007, adding a beautiful and gracious new daughter-in-law to the Butler family. Brooke, 20, is a Sophomore at the University of Southern California where she studies Theatre and is a USC Trojan Cheerleader.Sunny and Greg are avid enthusiasts for Woodinville Youth Sports, theatre, and youth-oriented activities, and spend much of their "free" time attending those events. They also enjoy taking advantage of local water and snow skiing, and an occasional trip to attend USC sports and theatre events.
They are thankful for the opportunity to live in beautiful Woodinville and be active members of this wonderful community. They diligently work at giving back to their community through their participation and financial support in school and sports activities, their church, as Northlake Young Life advocates, as well as through heading up and sponsoring the Windermere Friends and Families Christmas Program (an organization dedicated to the children of aids impacted families). They are also large donors to the Windermere Foundation dedicated to helping the homeless. It is their way of showing their thanks for two healthy children and an abundant life.
